The Topkapı & Dolmabahçe combo ticket lists “Entry to Harem Section of Topkapi Palace” among its exclusions. It does include the Dolmabahçe Harem, which is the easiest thing on this page to misread. It also excludes “skipping the security line” — an unusually honest statement of something true of every product here — and it is a ticket with an audio guide, not a guided tour. Note too that Topkapı closes Tuesdays and Dolmabahçe closes Mondays, so neither day works for using both halves.
